Deposits and Cancellations      

Cancellation 60 days or more before arrival will result in forfeiture of security deposit.

Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of security deposit and 50% of rental costs.

Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of rental costs and security deposit.
